Raymond F. Lyons, Jr. was born and raised in the Monadnock Region. After graduating from Contoocook Valley Regional High School, Raymond enlisted in the United States Army.

 

In 1996, after serving several years in the 82nd Airborne Division, Lyons came home to work for his father’s family-owned business, Northeast Harvester. The company specialized in commercial land clearing.

 

For ten years, Lyons served as an integral part of the Northeast Harvester team where he ran various tree removal and processing equipment including yard loader, wood chipper, grapple skidder and feller buncher. 

 

In 2007 Lyons branched out and started his own small business, Northeast Tree & Stump Removal.  The equipment utilized for the various residential and commercial jobs that Northeast Tree & Stump Removal does include, stump grinder, skid steer, bucket truck, chipper and one ton chip truck.

 

Lyons currently resides in Mont Vernon, New Hampshire with his two daughters Ali and Molly.
